According to IATA a mobility scooter Li-Ion battery is limited to 350 W/h. Most airlines staff are not aware of this figure and will sometimes require a maximum of 150 W/h (the IATA’s limit for laptop batteries), at which point you may present them with the battery certification documents you received with ATTO.
ATTO’s standard battery that is currently shipped is 250 W/h.
Moving Life will also offer a small 100 W/h and large 450 W/h. We don’t know yet when it will be available.
